This web service accepts a Mail Manager Packaged list rather than an Excel file of addresses. This way, you can set up all of the data fields you need; run CASS and NCOA; and remove any records you don't want to mail to. You will be able to enter parameters for your sort. After you have selected your file, please let the uploading complete to 100% before clicking on the SUBMIT button. We will prepare different sorts (palletized packages, loose sacks, palletized sacks), so you can pick the sort that works best for you. You can print labels, print reports or generate PostalOne uploads all from the packaged list that we return to you.
This web service can process sorts for Flats, Machinable Parcels and Irregular Parcels.

When our system receives your request, we will validate your parameters against current USPS rules for BPM sorts, but we leave the content eligibility up to you to discuss with your local BMEU. For your reference, here is a link to the current standards at DMM 263.2.0:

Once we receive your processing request we generally will be able to return your files within a few minutes to the email address you have on file with us based upon your IDNumb. The email with come from production@wisdmdirectmail.com. If for any reason your parameters are outside the current bounds for the sort you selected then we will return a validation sheet showing you which parameter failed and what range it needed to be in. The DMM rule we used will also be cited.
